आपको बता दे कि चमोली ज़िले में सिंथेटिक एथलीट ट्रैक बनाने को लेकर काफी समय से बात हो रही थी जिसपर अब अंतिम फैसला आ गया है। 200 मीटर के 6 लेन सिंथेटिक एथलीट ट्रैक को बनाने में कुल 9 करोड़ 50 लाख रुपए की लागत आएगी इसके बाद उत्तराखंड के एथलीटों को इससे खासा फायदा मिलेगा और ये खिलाड़ी देश और दुनिया में उत्तराखंड और देश का नाम रोशन करेंगे।
